Products are made based on the supplied sample product or design documentation from materials such as stainless steel, acid resistant steel, heat resistant steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, free machining steel and plastics.
We produce both short series as well as serial production from simple products of low requirements up to complex products requiring high precision workmanship, smooth surface, and many operations.
Many years of experience in the machining of steel forgings machined on both CNC milling machines and CNC lathes allow us to quickly start processing new components based upon devices designed and manufactured in our factory.
In order to ensure the highest quality of products we have our own measurement laboratory equipped with a 3D coordinate measuring machine.
The Laboratory is also equipped with a range of measuring and control equipment.
Thanks to our advanced software for spatial comparison we are able to very precisely confront the parameters achieved with the objectives of the mock-up products.
